Approach
I believe in the transformative power of self-discovery and healing. As a queer, black, nonbinary therapist, I am deeply committed to creating a safe, inclusive space for individuals to feel freely and grow deeply.
My approach is centered on helping you explore your heart space, embracing your true feelings without judgment, and fostering deep, authentic relationships with yourself. The journey is about more than just healing—it’s about cultivating a profound acceptance and love for who you are, allowing you to build meaningful connections with others and the world around you.

Whether you identify as BIPOC or simply feel the need to explore your inner world, I am here to support you as you navigate your path to self-empowerment and personal growth. Let’s work together to uncover the roots of your truth, so you can live a life aligned with your deepest values and purpose.

Feel Freely, Grow Deeply—because true healing begins with accepting and honoring all that you are.
Areas of Expertise
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
DBT is a highly effective, evidence-based therapy designed to help individuals manage intense emotions, build healthier relationships, and develop a stronger sense of self. Drawing from my training in DBT, I guide clients through learning practical skills to regulate emotions, tolerate distress, and engage in mindfulness. These tools help individuals create balance in their lives, improve interpersonal relationships, and foster self-acceptance.
Narrative Therapy
Narrative therapy focuses on the stories individuals tell about their lives, allowing them to reshape their identities by re-authoring their narratives. This collaborative approach empowers clients to explore alternative perspectives and uncover their unique strengths, fostering positive change.
Psychodynamic Therapy
Psychodynamic therapy explores how past experiences shape behavior and emotions. It helps clients gain insights into internal conflicts, fostering self-awareness and growth. This approach aims to enhance emotional well-being and improve mental health.

I earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Arizona State University, completing an accelerated program with a focus on policy, advocacy, and community.
